I WALK ALL OVER CANCER

Today is day six of my first fundraiser and I have to say that I am hopeful I can get it to the end.

I have managed to raise £70 out of £150 and I want to send a massive big heart THANK YOU to all friends who donated so far. It keeps me going and makes me believe once more that this world has a chance to get better.

As a little reminder, I am walking/running/jogging ten thousand steps every day throughout the month of June to raise funds for CANCER RESEARCH.

Cancer survival rates have doubled over the past 40 years. Consistent progress is being made but improvements to technology and ground-breaking work offer new opportunities to find different ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer and improve survival rates even further. Every single donation is going towards discovering new ground-breaking ways to beat this terrible illness.

I have seen my grandfather suffer and I have witnessed his pain and it broke my heart. By raising funds I am hoping to help scientists push forward and make cancer a completely curable disease that will no longer claim the lives of so many innocent people.
