😢💉 This little munchkin went through such painful moments last week 💉🙁 . She developed an infection under the skin after her pre school vaccinations . ♥️ After a visit at A&E she was prescribed antibiotics and antihistamine but they didn't work. By the next day her arm was fully red and swollen as well as hot to touch . ♥️ Going back to A&E, she had to get an antibiotic drip and we have been advised by the doctor to come back next day for another drip and so on for few days. . ♥️ Because it was a painful experience, we managed to stick some teddy bear plasters on her hand by where she had the IV needle so I told her she is feeding the teddies with every visit to the hospital . ♥️ With all the pain and stress, this little girl was incredibly strong and she never stopped smiling. She even went to comfort a little boy being scared of the nurse . ♥️ Never change my brave girl. 🍿🎦 what a lovely way to spend a Saturday outside with my daughter. We got our dose of vitamin D🌞 and enjoyed the latest How to train your dragon and all for FREE 😍 . Our outdoor cinema in @Watford is back for few days and we took advantage yesterday sunbathing 🌞 and stuffing ourselves with popcorn 🍿 . ⛱️ This toddler had an amazing time in Valencia. She enjoyed the sand and sea 🌊🏖️ all day long. . 😍 It was almost impossible to take her out the water. Lucky we had our @nivea_uk cream sun protection with factor 50 to help keep her skin protected . 😍 We did so many things together from walking around central Valencia to the Zoo, Aquarium, National History Museum and just building sand castles until late in the evening . 😍 We didn't have a stroller with us but I can tell you that she didn't need it much. I think it's time to ditch it and upgrade to a bicycle 🚲 soon . 😍 Any #recommendations regarding a good bicycle for a three year old? 🚲 Also, at a good price 🙊 . 😍 #travellingwithatoddler #holidaytime #motherdaughter #babybutterfliesandcoffee #love #valencia #beach #sand #goodvibes #motherhood
🙄 I know, isn't it? I mean who the hell is that crazy person there ruining my picture? . It's ME only without the make up and the nice clothes and pose. It's just me at the end of the day, me with my unwashed hair, annoyingly ugly top and a "give me some alcohol" face. . I mean, I scrub up nicely but we have to admit that most of the time I got no make up, I got pigmentation issues after giving birth, my eyebrows are shapeless at the moment and my hair is a bit damaged from all the colouring along the way. . But inside I am just the same regardless of how I look and my heart is opened, and I am full of insecurities and sometimes anxiety kicks my a** so badly I am surprised I can still pick myself up . I think we just have to learn to love ourselves and accept who we are, makeup or no makeup, learn to be comfortable with ourselves and stop chasing shadows. There is no perfection, Instagram is just a social media platform and not a standard to look for, comparing yourself with influencers who only post pretty pictures and show you their spotless homes and children who never get dirty and are well behaved at all times is damaging.
